Got that feeling of "BLAH"?

There are many forms of depression.  Just feeling "Blah" is one of them.  You need something to brighten your day.  Winter months will soon be on their way and the sunshine and warm weather will be taken over by ol' man winter.

Get yourself prepared!

Brighten up your day with one of the three following blends.  All of these blends you will want to mix with a carrier such as Fractionated Coconut oil.  Please use caution when going out in sunlight as all of these blends contain citrus oils and can cause blotching of the skin.

Bergamot has a fruity and lively but gentle floral scent which gives the oil a sedative and yet uplifiting quality. Some of it's therapeutic actions are analgesic, antidepressant, antiseptic and anti viral.

Ylang Ylang has therapeutic actions that include antidepressant, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, hypotensive and sedative.  It helps control feelings of anger.

Grapefruit has an uplifting and reviving effect which makes it valuable for treating stress, depression and nervous exhaustion.

Clary Sage is known for its euphoric action.  It is beneficial for treating anxiety, stress, nervous tension and depression.

Frankincense can be used to alleviate anxiety, nervous tension and stress-related conditions.

Finally, my favorite!  I call it
Liquid Sunshine!

Wild Orange has therapeutic actions of antidepressant, antiseptic, therapeutic and stimulant.  It promotes overall good feelings!

Lemon is reputed to have 'high vibrations' which can lift the spirits and overcome mental fatigue.  It is said to clear the mind and aid in decision-making without over-stimulating the mind.

You have three choices to choose from.  What works for one person may not work for another.

All of these blends can be used in a diffused or inhaled.  If you are going to use them on the skin, I recommend adding a carrier oil or putting into a lotion.
